All room prices apply per person and day, and all apartment prices per apartment and day. All prices include seasonal tax, service charge and 10% value-added-tax.  (VAT).

Cancellation: Cancellations are only valid in written form. Regulations of the Austrian hotel contractual terms apply accordingly. In case of a cancellation on short notice, provided that we are not able to sublet the room(s), as well as sudden departure we are obliged to charge full price (for booked days).

Arrival and Departure: Occupation of hotel rooms and apartments as from 2:00 p.m. In case of delayed arrival from 7:00 p.m. onwards, we kindly ask you for prior notice. Should you arrive belated or should you have to depart early, please bear in mind that we are obliged to charge the total duration of your booked stay. On departure day, please vacate all rooms and apartments by 10:00 a.m.

Pets: Pets welcome. However, bear in mind that pets are not allowed in our dining and wellness areas.

Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Please use our designated smoking area.

Prepayment: For booking of three rooms and more, we kindly advise you to prepay 1/3 of the total amount due. This conduces to secure the reservation / the booking for both parties. For every apartment booked, please prepay € 300,00.
